Dr Udbalker suggests that aerobic exercises such as running, swimming, and biking aid in fat burning and enhance circulation, which can reduce the prominence of cellulite. Additionally, incorporating strength training exercises helps tone your muscles, leading to firmer-looking skin.


2. Try massage therapy


Massaging the affected areas can enhance blood circulation and alleviate the appearance of cellulite. Various massage techniques, such as kneading, rolling, and tapping, can be employed to target problem areas. “Regularly incorporating self-massage or seeking professional help can improve blood flow and reduce the dimpled appearance of the skin,” says Dr Udbalker.

On the other hand, it is advisable to limit your intake of processed foods, sugary beverages, and excessive alcohol, as they can exacerbate the appearance of cellulite.


4. Utilise compression stockings


Wearing compression stockings during the day or night can enhance blood flow and help minimise the appearance of cellulite. These specialised stockings provide gentle pressure, improving circulation and reducing fluid retention. They can be particularly effective when worn during physical activity or while standing for extended periods.


5. Adopt healthy lifestyle habits
