I’ve had multiple trainers throughout my life. Though many of them were great at helping me with the physical aspects of getting healthy, none of them helped me and held me accountable with regard to nutrition and what I was eating. It goes without saying that I sometimes messed up and didn’t obtain the results I sought because of this. Vanoy has changed all of this. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He requests info related to what I eat daily, as well as how active I’ve been between workout days. He does this as a help and benefit to me. He provides practical advice and celebrates small successes with me. He is invested in helping me to get the results that I seek. He does monthly progress checks as a motivation to keep me on track.
