    Designed to cater to all fitness levels, our only offered group class meets Sunday's at 3 PM and targets different muscle groups, incorporating various training techniques to keep workouts exciting and effective. From strength training to cardio intervals, our trainer will guide participants through a well-rounded workout that will leave them feeling energized and accomplished. 6 spots available per class. Participants will have the chance to interact with fellow fitness enthusiasts, share their progress, and inspire each other along the way. Our trainer will be there every step of the journey, providing personalized attention, correcting form, and ensuring their safety throughout the session.
