Service Description

Personal fitness training two times a week, for three months for 30 mins., not to exceed 24 personal fitness sessions. Includes cardio, strength, flexibility, endurance training, complimentary microfit health assessment, general nutrition, and before and after photos/workout videos provide.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment, or risk having that session forfeiture.
